1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and boscuci (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://boscuci.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the boscuci platform — including its sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any associated promotional services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the boscuci platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on boscuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or automated entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing from any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of boscuci, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the boscuci platform.
• You must be using the platform entirely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active Account only on the boscuci platform. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any change. boscuci reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time and to request supporting documentation (including certified copies of a valid Malaysian ID — MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License — and proof of current residential address).

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify boscuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• boscuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be treated as your own activity for the purposes of these Terms.

5 Terms of Use

By using the boscuci platform, you agree to the following general conditions of use:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that boscuci provides no guarantee of winnings.
• You accept that all Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures, as applicable, and that the results are final.
• You will not use the platform through any automated script, bot, or artificial intelligence tool intended to derive an unfair advantage.
• You understand that boscuci may, in its reasonable discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any Game or service at any time without prior notice.
• You accept that technical errors or malfunctions may occasionally occur; in such circumstances, boscuci reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the boscuci platform are conducted in MYR via the following approved Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50.

• Deposits: Deposit requests are generally processed in real time or within a few minutes depending on the selected payment method and your financial institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes via DuitNow or FPX. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of our KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal to Source: boscuci operates an anti-money-laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

boscuci offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which will be published at the time of the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permissible stake per Wager is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Wagers exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Non-Transferable: Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• Abuse: boscuci reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the boscuci platform across sports betting, live casino, and all Game categories:

• A Wager is final and binding once confirmed by the platform. Confirmed Wagers may not be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player.
• In-play sports betting markets may be suspended at any time due to significant in-game events, technical issues, or operator discretion. Wagers placed prior to suspension on confirmed odds will stand.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, boscuci's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules will apply as published in our FAQ and Betting Rules documentation.
• boscuci reserves the right to void Wagers placed at clearly erroneous odds or under circumstances constituting manifest error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.
• All live casino Game outcomes — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo — are final as determined by the live dealer or automated dealing system at the time of play.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, market, and account. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by boscuci at any time.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the boscuci platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. boscuci will take appropriate action — including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities — against any Player found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an advantage in any Game.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses, promotions, or Game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play (bonus abuse or advantage play).
• Processing credit card transactions or third-party payments through the boscuci platform for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Conducting or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Hacking, reverse-engineering, or otherwise attempting to compromise the integrity, security, or functionality of the boscuci platform.
• Accessing or using the platform from any Prohibited Territory.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the boscuci platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and Game content — is the property of boscuci or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the platform or its content.
• Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or pricing.
• Any derivative use of the platform or its content.
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant.
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boscuci and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform or any services thereon.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Any content obtained from the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or service unavailability beyond boscuci's reasonable control.

12 Responsible Gambling

boscuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Accounts. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate practical effect.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

boscuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion and without prior notice, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment instruction.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, boscuci reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit funds representing the proceeds of prohibited activity.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
